Territory Project
When the Territory Project was presented to Bunn Masonry we were faced with numerous challenges. The original plans showcased an abundance of natural stone. But due to the amount of stone required, the cost was prohibitive. Laurent Development didn’t want to jeopardize the look and feel of this community by deleting stone. Bunn Masonry and our supplier found a solution by using value engineering. We were able to create the look they wanted by using a custom blend of four different manufactured stone products. This enabled them to maintain the stone look and stay within their budget.
