Step by Step Process

In the Bunn Process we have a few common steps that apply to most any project we may be working on.
  1. Sales representative meets with you.
    This meeting covers the scope of the project(s). It’s a good time for questions and consultation. Our experienced sales staff can help you figure out what products are best for your project. We also can offer concept design services and advice on what looks best.
  2. Proposal development and presentation.
    Once the sales rep understands your needs, he will put together a proposal. Often different options are priced out, so you have the tools you need to determine what’s best for you. While many clients prefer to have us email or fax the estimate, we’re also happy to meet in person and answer any questions.
  3. Estimate approval and scheduling.
    After you approve the estimate we begin scheduling. Some of the many factors that may affect this include: special order material, weather conditions, and your schedule. Once a schedule is agreed upon we then move to the next step.
  4. Installation.
    With the installation of the stone/brick, you get to see your project come to life. Adjustments and changes however can still be made. Salesman and/or crew foreman will keep you up-to-date on the job progress. Crews clean up their work area each day before leaving.
  5. Final invoice.
    Although this is the last major step it is not the end for Bunn Masonry. We believe in making sure our clients are happy. It’s at this step that we begin our industry leading three year warranty.
